The decor has a modern flair that's quite appealing, and the peaceful atmosphere in some rooms provides a great escape from the city's hustle. The quick responsiveness to room changes is a plus.
Uncomfortable beds with overly thin mattresses led to back pain for some guests, alongside issues like high, dense pillows that weren't easy to use. Dim lighting with only one switch by the door makes bedtime pretty inconvenient. The breakfast options are mostly limited to a continental spread, lacking variety and substantial fare.

Recommend it for family travelers
The young lady named Guzel at the reception helped us out, and her English was pretty good! We even got to enjoy the street view from our room which was nice!
It wasn't the cheapest option, but for what you get, it's acceptable.

The Family Suite was spacious and clean, and we even had a baby cot, great. The view of Mevlana square was a highlight! But the pillows were too high for us was nice. The decor in the hotel was fine, brightening up the atmosphere a lot. A good stay but could've been slightly cozier.
